Immediately upon opening the package there was a strong odor of burned circuitry, a very distinct aroma. I also noticed something rattling inside the housing. I opened the power brick and had two pieces of broken plastic fall out and found that this thing was burned to a crisp, as you can see in the pictures. You can also see in the last picture that Amazon sold this as being in good condition. This could have been a fire hazard had I not have inspected it first. As the title states I cannot say what/who is to blame for this, I am just glad I am the one who got it. This could have ended worse than a bad review.
