Took about a week to get to me but when it did come it was packaged very well and professional. System worked perfectly but I did have a problem with the right arrow not always working on the controller. I contacted the supplier and the next day he had already shipped me out a new controller. Now I have no problems and a lot of fun. Excellent customer service!
